About the role:

You’ll also take initiative, learn quickly, and communicate confidently in a fast‑paced environment.
You will be responsible for:

What you’ll bring:
- A strong communicator with a collaborative leadership style.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
- Experienced in coordinating multiple contractors and stakeholders.
- Hold a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), or National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Construction accreditation, or a suitable equivalent.
