About the Role

An amazing opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group. We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team at our Newhouse Nursery as a Room-based Third in Charge.

If you are highly motivated, flexible, experienced in working in early years and have a genuine passion for working with children, then this is the role for you.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
  • Demonstrates a robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
  • Has a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
  • Previous room Leader or senior experience working in a nursery environment (desirable)
