About The Role

An amazing opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group. We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a Room Leader to work in our Oberlin Street Nursery. If you are highly motivated, flexible, experienced in working in early years, and have a genuine passion for working with children, then this is the role for you.

What We\’re Looking For

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
• Demonstrates robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
• Detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
• Previous Room Leader experience in a nursery environment (Desirable)
