About MiChild at Meadow Nursery
Meadow Nursery is a vibrant, nurturing setting based on the outskirts of Blackpool town centre on Whitegate drive. With excellent public transport links and free onsite parking, we’re easy to get to whether you drive or take public transport. Our setting includes four well-equipped rooms, each tailored to a specific age group and led by a team trained specifically for that developmental stage. We support our team to feel confident within the age group they work with and support training needs. We also have a spacious outdoor garden spaces that are thoughtfully separated to suit different age groups, ensuring safe and enriching outdoor play for all. Our building has a total of 3 garden spaces. We’re especially proud of our dedicated preschool room, where children prepare for their school transition together in a supportive, structured environment. Our focus on teamwork and quality care makes us a trusted choice for families — and a fantastic place to work.

What We’re Looking For
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Demonstrates robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
Please note this is a full time role for 40 hours per week. Term Time Option Available.
Shift Patterns
This role operates on a rotating weekly shift schedule to ensure coverage and flexibility. You will alternate between early and late shifts on a week-by-week basis.
- Early Shift: 7.30am - 4.00pm
- Middle Shifts: 8.00am - 5.00pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Late Shift: 9.30am - 6.00pm
