About MiChild at Moorevilla Nursery
Moorevilla Nursery, proudly rated as “Good” by Ofsted, has been noted for providing a happy and engaging environment where children thrive. Knowledgeable staff support them as they participate in engaging experiences. Staff follow children's lead, which helps them stay engaged, and interactions with children are of a high quality. Moorevilla Nursery is one of our largest settings with a capacity of 117. We have 6 rooms; 3 rooms dedicated for our youngest learners under two, 2 rooms for curious toddlers (2-3 years old), and a large pre-school room. The nursery is located on a beautiful one acre of land and boasts 3 large outdoor classrooms specifically designed for babies, toddlers, and pre-school. Moorevilla has a strong focus on providing a welcoming family vibe and atmosphere, whether this be with new families or our MiChild Team, and also has a fully refurbished Mi-Learning Lounge used to facilitate in-house and external staff and family training.

What We’re Looking For:
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Demonstrated and robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
- Passionate about inclusive learning for all and the ability to inspire little minds
Please note this is for 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Shift Patterns:
This role operates on a rotating weekly shift schedule to ensure coverage and flexibility. You will alternate between early and late shifts on a week-by-week basis.
- Early Shift: 7.30am - 5.00pm
- Middle Shift: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Late Shift: 9.00am - 6.00pm
If you're not yet Level 2 Early Years qualified or Level 3 Early Years qualified, we may have alternative roles to support your development.
