About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated deputy manager to work in our Moorevilla nursery based in Blackpool. This is a fabulous opportunity to join our established team and grow, develop and flourish in your professional journey.

What We’re Looking For:
- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
- Demonstrates a robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
- Has a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
- Previous room Leader/Deputy Manager experience working in a nursery environment
