About MiChild at Meadow Nursery
Meadow Nursery is a vibrant, nurturing setting based on the outskirts of Blackpool town centre on Whitegate drive. With excellent public transport links and free onsite parking, we're easy to get to whether you drive or take public transport.
Our setting includes four well-equipped rooms, each tailored to a specific age group and led by a team trained specifically for that developmental stage. We support our team to feel confident within the age group they work with and support training needs. We also have spacious outdoor garden spaces that are thoughtfully separated to suit different age groups, ensuring safe and enriching outdoor play for all. Our building has a total of 3 garden spaces. We're especially proud of our dedicated preschool room, where children prepare for their school transition together in a supportive, structured environment.

What We're Looking For:
We have two roles available: one role is for 15 hours per week (11am to 2pm) and one role is for 25 hours per week (9.30am to 2.30pm).
- Must be passionate
- An educator to have a can-do attitude and be adaptable to the needs of the nursery and company
- To be flexible and reliable
- Commitment to promoting a fun, high-quality environment for all children in our care
- Ability to prioritise the safeguarding of all children, staff and families that have access to the setting
- Ensure all children are clean, loved and happy at all times
- To ensure mealtimes are a time of pleasant social sharing
- To fully understand and promote the company's Ethos and Core Values
