What We’re Looking For:
- A full and relevant Level 2 Early Years or a Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised), in the absence of any Early Years qualification we would need you to have previous experience working in a nursery setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development, passionate about providing outstanding care and education
- Demonstrated, robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
- Adaptable, flexible team player with good communication skills
**Please note this is a zero hours contract**
Shift Patterns:
This role operates on a rotating weekly shift schedule to ensure coverage and flexibility. You will alternate between early and late shifts on a week-by-week basis, based on the requirements of each setting.
- Early Shift: 7.30am - 4.00pm
- Middle Shifts: 8.00am - 5.00pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Late Shift: 9.30am - 6.00pm
*If you're not yet Level 3 qualified, we may have alternative roles to support your development.
