About MiChild at Meadow Nursery
Meadow Nursery is a vibrant, nurturing setting based on the outskirts of Blackpool town centre on Whitegate drive. With excellent public transport links and free onsite parking, we’re easy to get to whether you drive or take public transport. Our setting includes four well‑equipped rooms, each tailored to a specific age group and led by a team trained specifically for that developmental stage. We support our team to feel confident within the age group they work with and support training needs. We also have spacious outdoor garden spaces that are thoughtfully separated to suit different age groups, ensuring safe and enriching outdoor play for all. Our building has a total of 3 garden spaces. We’re especially proud of our dedicated preschool room, where children prepare for their school transition together in a supportive, structured environment. Our focus on teamwork and quality care makes us a trusted choice for families — and a fantastic place to work.

- Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures relating to the nursery.
- Take pride in the delivery of exciting and age appropriate activities.
- To ensure mealtimes is a time of pleasant social sharing.
- To fully comply with our Confidentiality policy.
- To fully understand and promote the company’s Ethos and Core Values.
- To be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted.
