Qualifications
Ideally hold a full and relevant Level 2 Early Years Qualification or a Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised).
Responsibilities & Expectations
Have a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development; play a vital part in nurturing and inspiring little minds.
Demonstrate robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness.
Confident communicator, proactive in approach and passionate about providing outstanding care and support to children.
Support the team with a range of day-to-day tasks, be adaptable to the changing needs of the nursery day.
Uphold our curriculum and our early years principles.
Able to commit to daily (Monday to Friday) lunch cover from 10.30am to 2pm - all year round.

About MiChild at Moorevilla Nursery
Moorevilla Nursery, proudly rated as 'Good' by Ofsted, has said that children thrive in a happy and engaging environment. Knowledgeable staff support them as they participate in engaging experiences. Staff follow children's lead, which helps them stay engaged, and interactions with children are of a high quality. Moorevilla Nursery is one of our largest settings and has a capacity of 117. We have 6 rooms; 3 rooms dedicated for our youngest learners that are under two, 2 rooms for curious toddlers (2-3 years old) and a large pre-school room. The nursery is located on a beautiful one-acre of land and boasts 3 large outdoor classrooms, specifically individually designed spaces for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers. Moorevilla has a strong focus on providing a welcoming family vibe and atmosphere, whether this be with new families or our MiChild Team and also has a fully refurbished Mi-Learning Lounger which is used to facilitate in-house and external staff and family training.
