Freshmen Boys Basketball Coach
Calvin Christian High School is seeking an energetic and passionate coach who loves Jesus Christ and is committed to sharing that love through coaching young men. Responsibilities include developing program goals aligned with the school\’s mission, evaluating student performance, enhancing team and individual skills, creating game and practice plans, making in-game adjustments, and communicating effectively with players, parents, and administration. The coach will promote good sportsmanship and mentor players in their faith journey.
Coach Responsibilities:
Building positive relationships with players, staff, parents, and the community.
Serving as an appropriate role model for students and parents.
Mentoring players in their faith journey.
Teaching sportsmanship and appropriate conduct.
Assessing students’ basketball skills and identifying areas for improvement.
Helping students develop their skills as players and teammates.
