- Complete psychosocial assessment upon admission
- Case management and treatment planning
- Aftercare coordination
- Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner
- Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective
Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a master’s level therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program. This program utilizes both virtual and in-person treatment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving those with behavioral health and substance abuse issues.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
- A minimum of one (1) year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred.
- LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred.
- May be required to work flexible hours.
