The Holiday Inn Hotel Bolton is a recently refurbished City Centre hotel. We are currently recruiting an experienced Sales Office Manager to join the team. The role: Customer-focused, consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly, and effective approach. Lead the smooth and efficient running of the sales office and its team, ensuring professional and efficient service for new and existing clients. Ensure rooms, conference, events and weddings business targets for revenue, occupancy, and profit are achieved. Maximize sales opportunities and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings in line with office procedures, including proactive and reactive sales. Handle forecasting, reporting, and all associated financials for the role. The ideal candidate will have: a positive attitude excellent communication skills previous hotel sales experience previous management experience experience of office systems, Microsoft office excellent attention to detail commitment to delivering a high level of customer service flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations Shifts could include early mornings, late nights, weekends & bank holidays.
