What sort of work? Right now, our highly regarded Tax, Trust & Succession (TTS) team is looking for an enthusiastic Associate (NQ) to join the growing team in Bristol, Cheltenham or Exeter. Our successful candidate will join a busy team and their day-to-day work will include:

  • Providing high-quality legal advice to clients.
  • Managing their own caseload under the supervision of senior solicitors and partners.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, building trust and credibility.
  • Participating in business development activities and contributing to the firm's growth.

The team works across all four of our main offices and advises on a full range of Private Client work including:

  • Tax advice for individuals and their wealth;

  • The governance of family‐owned businesses;
  • Will preparation; and
  • The administration of estates, testate and intestate.
