Our highly experienced Transactional Real Estate (TRE) group is looking for a Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Residential Development team. In this role you will support the team in delivering first‑class service to clients. This will include: Residential development acquisitions and disposals, acting for developers and landowners Disposals and acquisitions of affordable housing, acting for developers and registered providers Provision of support in relation to strategic land matters including promotion agreements and options in respect of land with longer term development potential A wide range of matters linked to development work including overage arrangements, title due diligence, conditional contracts, easements, and tenancies.
