What sort of work? Our highly experienced Transactional Real Estate (TRE) group is looking for an Associate to join our highly regarded Residential Development team. In this role you will support the team in delivering first-class service to clients.

  • Residential development acquisitions and disposals, acting for developers and landowners
  • Disposals and acquisitions of affordable housing, acting for developers and registered providers
  • Provision of support in relation to strategic land matters including promotion agreements and options in respect of land with longer term development potential
  • A wide range of matters linked to development work including overage arrangements, title due diligence, conditional contracts, easements, and tenancies.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2-4+PQE in a commercial real estate practice, ideally with a focus on experience gained in the residential development sector or a clear interest to develop experience in that sector.
  • A genuine interest in promoting business development opportunities and an ability to build effective and positive relationships with clients and colleagues that embrace the importance of trust and collaboration.
