Opportunity: Receptionist and Client Hospitality Assistant (fixed-term 12 months, 35 hours per week) - Exeter office.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and allowing entry to the building.
- Answering client telephone calls primarily for Exeter and Sidmouth.
- Monitoring daily requests for client hospitality and preparing orders for meetings (coffee, hot water, cold drinks, biscuits, buffet lunches).
- Coordinating bookings for interview rooms, boardroom, and car parking spaces.
- Creating and ordering business cards across the firm.
- Booking taxis as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Recent experience in a front-of-house role within a professional services environment (desirable).
- Experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices (advantageous).
- Grade C or above in Maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Positive, proactive approach.
- Excellent team-working skills.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and coordination skills.
- Desire to provide high levels of service.
