We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing IT team as a Solutions Architect in our Bristol or Exeter office.The role acts as a technical solution provider to the business, delivering high quality application enhancements, automation and integrations that improve efficiency, data quality and user experience.You will bring a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and Artificial Intelligence, applying these where appropriate to automate processes and deliver practical, innovative solutions.You will also improve processes in the business to save Fee Earner time or improve back-office processes to support Fee Earners.Automation & Microsoft TechnologiesDelivering automation using Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure servicesDeveloping bespoke solutions using C#, SQL, JavaScript, Python and related technologiesSupporting reporting, data warehousing and analytics requirementsArtificial Intelligence & InnovationApplying practical understanding of AI and LLM-based solutions to improve business processesIntroducing AI-enabled capabilities within agreed governance and compliance frameworksIdentifying opportunities where AI or automation can deliver measurable business valuePractice Management & Application DevelopmentDesigning, developing and enhancing solutions with Aderant and Intapp aligned to business requirementsBuilding and maintaining integrations between core systems and third-party platformsReviewing existing configurations and customisations, recommending and delivering improvementsEnsuring solutions are scalable, secure, well-documented and supportableCollaboration & DeliveryWorking closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers and stakeholdersProviding technical leadership through the full solution lifecycle and communicating complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.The IT team is the Firm’s centre of innovation.
