Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, buy to let, new build work)
- Handle first registrations and complex purchase considerations for high-end properties
- Contribute to marketing strategies to grow the department and firm
- Deliver first-class client service with a personal and stress-free approach
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional client service and meet targets
Key requirements
- ~3 years PQE in residential property
- Experience in residential property conveyancing
- Ability to meet financial and non-financial targets
- Compliance with internal and external regulatory bodies
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent) with UK practice
- Location flexibility for Exeter or Cambridge office
