Right now, our highly regarded Tax, Trust & Succession (TTS) team is looking for an enthusiastic Associate (NQ) to join the growing team in Bristol, Cheltenham or Exeter.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality legal advice to clients.
  • Managing your own caseload under the supervision of senior solicitors and partners.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, building trust and credibility.
  • Participating in business development activities and contribute to the firm’s growth.

  • Tax advice for individuals and their wealth;
  • The orderly succession of wealth from one generation to the next;
  • The creation and administration of trust and other vehicles to hold and manage private wealth;

  • Will preparation; and
  • The administration of estates, testate and intestate.
