Were seeking an experienced salesregional recruitment managerto lead and expand high-performing teams across Yorkshire within the industrial, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. The Role:

  • Lead and develop recruitment teams across multiple branches

  • Drive sales performance and exceed regional targets

  • Build strong client relationships inIndustrial, Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment sectors

  • Sales across the Yorkshire area with offices across South and West Yorkshire
  • Report directly to senior leadership as a strategicregional recruitment manager


Youll Need:

  • Proven experience as aregional recruitment manageror multi-site leader in a recruitment agency

  • Strong sales and business development skills within a recruitment agency ideally specialising in the industrial engineering and manufacturing

  • Passion for Sales /BD ,leadership and achieving growth targets

  • Ambition to progress long-term within the business
