The Role

This is a billing role to start, giving you the chance to lead by example, deliver results, and develop a team under your leadership. There is a small existing team in place with potential to hire additional consultants.

As aRecruitment Manager, you will:

• Manage a small existing team

• Personally manage client delivery while building and mentoring a team

• Shape strategy and operations in partnership with the company owner

• Manage existing demand while developing new business and key accounts

• Leverage modern tools and technology to drive market insight and performance
