Package: Up to £55k basic + £75k+ OTE Year 1

The Opportunity:

Due to planned growth, an opportunity has arisen for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join a successful and established team. You will step into a busy desk with existing clients and strong support from an experienced leadership team.

There are openings for:

  • IT & Digital Recruiters
  • Executive Search Consultants
  • Headhunters
  • Consultants specialising in Professional Services, Accountancy & Finance (both public and private sector desks)

This role offers significant potential for progression. Consultants who demonstrate the right drive, ability and results are quickly developed into Senior Consultant and Management roles.
