A leading Midlands professional services organisation is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead and build a new Temporary & Interim Recruitment division in Nottingham. This opportunity would suit an experienced Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Team Leader, or Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to step into a strategic leadership role. The successful Recruitment Manager will benefit from warm client relationships, an established professional services network, and a respected brand across the Midlands.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven Recruitment Manager to build and lead a new temporary and interim recruitment function. The successful Recruitment Manager will take ownership of the division, working with existing clients across both the private and public sectors while developing new business opportunities across the Midlands. As Head of Division, the Recruitment Manager will shape the strategy, build the desk, implement processes, and recruit and develop a specialist team.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Temporary & Interim recruitment division
- Use existing client relationships to generate immediate opportunities
- Develop new business across Nottingham and the Midlands area
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing recruitment team
- Drive commercial growth and divisional performance
- Maintain compliance and service excellence across all placements
