The Role
Working within the executive search division, you will recruit senior leadership and executive-level professionals across the Food & Drink and FMCG sectors.
Typical assignments include:
- Manufacturing & Operations Leadership
- Supply Chain & Procurement
- Engineering & Technical Management
- Quality & Food Safety
- NPD & Product Development
- Commercial & Sales Leadership
- Director and Board-Level Appointments
This is a consultative recruitment role focused on building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates rather than high-volume transactional recruitment. You will be joining a business where individual consultants regularly generate between £200,000 and £600,000+ in annual fees, demonstrating the quality of the market, client base and opportunity available.
