As a recruitment consultant, you will own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle within Manufacturing/Automotive/Space/Engineering-focused roles:

  • Build and manage relationships with warm engineering clients, acting as a trusted recruitment consultant and understanding technical requirements.
  • Source and assess candidates across manufacturing and engineering disciplines, with recruitment consultants responsible for matching skillsets to role specifications.
  • Work both individually as a recruitment consultant and as part of a team.
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, client meetings, and technical networking forums (UK & international).

Experience Required:

  • Some experience of working as a recruitment consultant, ideally with some experience in permanent recruitment, or within engineering, technical, manufacturing, or a related sector.
