The Role: Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager

This is a recruitment360 recruitment rolewith a delivery and candidate focus. You will manage recruitment campaigns and be the dedicated account manager for key clients across the industrial ,engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Role:

• Recruitment Delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for industrial ,engineering & manufacturing roles
• Build strong candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing tools (Linked In, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Ensure smooth onboarding and regular client updates

• Act as themain point of contactfor key client accounts
• Attendonsite client meetingsto review progress and hiring needs when required

Experience:

• Proven recruitment agency experienceas a Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager
• A strong track record inindustrial ,engineering or manufacturing recruitment(essential)
