ACCOUNT MANAGER/Candidate Manager - WARM BUSINESS South Yorkshire / Hybrid Working £30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Are you currently working in recruitment and looking for a more supportive, less sales focused, less KPIs and a more collaborative environment? In this role you will account manage and concentrate on building long-term relationships, whilst you develop your career and earn uncapped commission. This consultative recruitment/account management role is focused on building strong candidate relationships, delivering exceptional service and connecting talented professionals with leading organisations across the engineering, manufacturing, automotive, after sales, aerospace & professional service industry.

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary (£30,000 - £45,000 DOE)
  • Uncapped commission structure approx. £20k+ in first year on top of basic salary, personal, team and group

The Opportunity:

Working with a range of established clients across the production, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, after sales, aerospace & professional service industry you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with businesses to identify and attract high-quality talent. This is not a sales role but account managing the existing clients' requirements. This is a relationship-led role where success comes from understanding client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Conducting client and candidate meetings both virtually and in person.
  • Taking detailed recruitment briefs and understanding business requirements.
  • Writing engaging and effective job advertisements.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels.
  • Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to offer stage.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in agency recruitment.
  • A consultative and professional approach to recruitment.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
  • A team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to nurture existing client relationships.
