The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a profitable recruitment desk across either/or Industrial, Commercial and Engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Building and developing existing client relationships
- Generating new business opportunities and growing accounts
- Recruiting across permanent, temporary and contract vacancies
- Managing multiple live vacancies simultaneously
- Negotiating offers and managing placements through to completion
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Supporting and mentoring less experienced consultants where appropriate
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous recruitment agency experience within a 360 recruitment role
- Strong business development and account management skills
- A proven track record of revenue generation and billing success
- A commercial mindset and desire to maximise earnings
- Experience within Industrial, Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics or Technical recruitment would be advantageous
