We are delighted to be supporting a highly reputable, fast-growing organisation in the Newcastle area with the recruitment of a Senior People Coordinator.

As the business continues to evolve and expand nationally, this role plays a key part in supporting the People team to deliver an accurate, high-quality and efficient HR service.

Reporting to the People Operations Lead, this role will lead on high-level HR, recruitment, compliance and systems activity across the employee lifecycle.

This position will suit an experienced HR Coordinator who is looking to adopt supervisory responsibilities.

Role responsibilities include

  • Driving HR service excellence across all HR administration processes.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider HR team.
  • Coaching a small team of HR administration professionals.
  • Effectively allocating workload and monitoring quality of output.
  • Be a point of contact for employee queries for matters concerning joiners and leavers; resourcing; contract changes; and absence management.
  • Ensure integrity of data is effectively maintained.
  • Review and quality check complex or higher-risk HR documentation and HR system changes.
  • Running and analysing HR reports.
  • Driving continuous improvement within the HR Admin function.
  • Supporting the wider HR team with ad-hoc HR projects.
