Weekly Rotating Shifts – Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm

Michelle Denny Recruitment is recruiting for a Production Operative role in Diss. This is a busy, hands on role supporting production output, quality and smooth day-to-day operations.

Duties include:

  • Operating production machinery/processes
  • Monitoring output and product quality
  • Reporting faults or issues promptly
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
  • Supporting shift handovers
  • General production support duties

You’ll need:

  • Previous production/manufacturing experience, ideally
  • Reliability and good attendance
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive approach to work
  • Ability to work weekly rotating shifts

In Return:

  • £12.71 per hour
  • Monday to Friday shifts
  • Weekly rotation: 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm
  • Training and progression available
  • Permanent opportunity
  • Some holiday to be taken during shutdown periods
