Customer Service Advisor / Renewals Administrator Diss, Norfolk £26,780 per annum Michelle Denny Recruitment is working with a business in Diss to recruit a Customer Service Advisor / Renewals Administrator.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business in a role that offers a structured route into customer service.

You'll begin on the renewals and administration side of the team, building product knowledge and confidence behind the scenes, before moving into a full Customer Service Advisor role from September.

If you enjoy helping customers, work well with detail and are looking for a long-term career move within a supportive office environment, this could be a great fit.

About the role For the first six weeks or so, you'll join the business in a Renewals Administrator capacity, supporting the renewals side of the team and getting to grips with the systems, products and pace of the business.

At this stage, the role is non-telephony and focused on administration and renewal quotations.

During this initial period, you'll work Monday to Friday, 9.00 am - 5.30 pm.

From September, you'll move into the full Customer Service Advisor role.

The hours are structured - 38.75 hours per week across rotating shifts starting at 8.30 am, 9.30 am or 10.30 am, Monday to Friday, with the latest finish at 7 pm.
