Michelle Denny Recruitment is supporting the brilliant training organisation Open Road. Open Road has recently opened their new site in Thetford and is looking for a Motor Vehicle Trainer with real motor trade experience to make a difference to young people.
Salary: £30,000 per annum, working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm.
No teaching qualification required; solid motor vehicle knowledge, patience and a supportive approach are essential.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting young people with hands‑on motor vehicle tasks
- Showing safe, confident workshop techniques
- Helping them understand IMI theory and qualification work
- Building their confidence, skills and belief
- Keeping the workshop positive, structured and safe

What you need:
