Location: Diss, Norfolk

Schedule: Mon to Fri – Flexi time

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (negotiable for the right person & experience)

Working within the Surface Mount department, you will play a key role in the manufacture of high‑quality electronic assemblies, operating specialist equipment and supporting production activity across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Read and follow instructions, established procedures, and production requirements
  • Set up machines and equipment for production runs, including calibration and cleaning
  • Monitor output to identify machine‑related faults or production issues
  • Resolve issues that arise during the assembly process
  • Check output to ensure products meet required quality standards
  • Follow handling procedures to protect and preserve products
  • Carry out relevant equipment maintenance activities

About you

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds, including electronics manufacturing, assembly, production, engineering, or technical environments. Previous manufacturing or technical experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided. If you already have experience within electronics manufacturing or Surface Mount technology, we would be keen to hear from you.
