Quality Inspector – Diss, Norfolk – £25,000 per annum + Performance-Linked Bonus – 37.5 hours per week | Rotating shifts: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm

Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside Merit Plastic Mouldings in Diss to find a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you'll help ensure products consistently meet the high standards expected by both the business and its customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Checking incoming materials, products in production and finished goods
  • Carrying out measurements and quality inspections
  • Approving first-off products before production begins
  • Recording inspection results and maintaining quality documentation
  • Monitoring production standards and identifying any issues
  • Supporting investigations into defects and quality concerns
  • Working closely with production teams to maintain quality standards
