Production Technician in Diss

Overview

Production Technician — Rotating Shifts: 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm. £30,000 per annum (circa). Diss, Norfolk.

Role

A well-established manufacturing business in Diss is recruiting a Production Technician to join its production team. This is a hands-on, shift-based role focused on maintaining production performance, quality and efficiency across rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues to maintain quality and output
• Work to established tool setting and production work instructions
• Support tooling trials and process improvements
• Maintain good housekeeping and compliance standards
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and Team Leaders

The Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

You will have experience within a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable working rotating shifts. A practical, technically minded approach and strong awareness of quality and safety are important.

Working Pattern

Full time, permanent role

Rotating shifts (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm)
