Legal Secretary / Paralegal - Private Client

Michelle Denny Recruitment is working with a respected independent law firm in Diss to recruit a Legal Secretary or Paralegal to join its Private Client team.

This is a good opportunity for someone with previous legal support experience who is looking to join a friendly, professional firm where people are genuinely valued. Supporting experienced fee earners, you'll play an important role in delivering an efficient, professional service to clients while becoming a valued member of the team.

The role will include:

  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Audio and copy typing.
  • Opening and maintaining client files.
  • Liaising with clients, families and third parties.
  • Diary management and arranging appointments.
  • Providing administrative support across a varied Private Client caseload.
  • Helping to ensure matters progress efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal within a legal environment. Private Client experience would be an advantage, although applications from candidates with experience in other legal disciplines who are looking to develop in this area are also welcomed.

You’ll be organised, proactive and have excellent attention to detail, together with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
