Job Description
- Validate, investigate, and negotiate customer claims with confidence
- Manage and prioritise your caseload with strong organisational skills
- Work towards monthly targets at both team and individual levels
- Apply commercial acumen in assessing claims, balancing economic considerations with the business’s best interests
- Use strong negotiation skills to challenge decisions where appropriate
- Make quick and accurate decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity
- Identify and handle potentially spurious claims
- Understand industry procedures, products, and services
- Liaise effectively with blue-chip organisations
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable with claims validation, investigation, and negotiation
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
