With a strong niche in the UK motor claims market, this role offers a salary of up to £26,000 per annum and the flexibility to work in the office, from home, or on a hybrid basis.
About the Role:
As a Claims Adjuster, you will manage your own portfolio of claims within appropriate authority limits. While experience in commercial, fleet, or AD claims from an insurer or brokerage is ideal, the most important qualities we seek are your character and your drive to contribute to a professional and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate, investigate, and negotiate customer claims with confidence
- Manage and prioritise your caseload with strong organisational skills
- Work towards monthly targets at both team and individual levels
- Apply commercial acumen in assessing claims, balancing economic considerations with the business’s best interests
- Use strong negotiation skills to challenge decisions where appropriate
- Make quick and accurate decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity
