Michelle Denny Recruitment is excited to partner with a thriving and well-established claims business in Diss, South Norfolk, to find an experienced Accidental Damage Claims Adjuster for their specialist MGA organisation. With a strong niche in the UK motor claims market, this role offers a salary of up to £26,000 per annum and the flexibility to work in the office, or on a hybrid basis.

About the Role: As an AD Claims Adjuster, you will manage your own portfolio of claims within appropriate authority limits. While experience in commercial, fleet, or AD claims from an insurer or brokerage is ideal, the most important qualities we seek are your character and your drive to contribute to a professional and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate, investigate, and negotiate customer claims with confidence
  • Manage and prioritise your caseload with strong organisational skills
  • Work towards monthly targets at both team and individual levels
