A senior residential conveyancing role with long term potential, not just another caseload. Michelle Denny Recruitment has been appointed to support Jackamans Solicitors in Diss with the search for a Senior Conveyancer. This is an important appointment within the residential property team, created as part of the planned succession of a long-standing senior colleague who will retire at the end of the year. As such, the role offers more than simply managing a caseload. It is an opportunity to join an established local firm at an important point in the future of the department.

The successful person will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and become a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues alike. Matters are likely to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Some commercial property exposure would be welcomed, but residential conveyancing is very much the core focus of the role. This is not a line management role from the outset, but it does offer longer term opportunity for someone who wants to become an important part of the team’s future.

We’d be pleased to hear from:

  • Solicitors
  • Legal Executives
  • Licensed Conveyancers
  • Experienced non-qualified conveyancers

You’ll need strong residential conveyancing experience, the ability to manage a caseload confidently and independently, along with a professional, personable and client-focused approach.

What’s on offer:

  • £45,000 - £60,000, depending on experience
  • The opportunity to join a respected and long established local firm
  • A key role within the residential property team
  • Longer term opportunity for the right person
