Merit Plastic Mouldings is seeking a Production Team Leader for their established site in Diss, Norfolk. This is a hands-on team leader role within a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support production staff across shifts
  • Ensure output, quality and safety standards are met
  • Respond quickly to production issues and bottlenecks
  • Drive team performance and accountability
  • Maintain strong housekeeping and H&S standards
  • Liaise with Quality, Logistics and other departments
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous plastics manufacturing experience is essential
  • Injection moulding or similar highly relevant
  • Previous Team Leader / Supervisor experience preferred
  • Strong communicator with practical leadership style
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable in a rotating shift environment
