An established and well-regarded East Anglian property consultancy is looking for a Town Planner to join its Building Consultancy team. We're looking for someone with planning consultancy experience who enjoys building client relationships as much as they enjoy the technical side of planning.
You'll work across a varied portfolio including residential developments, change of use applications, listed buildings, appeals, planning assessments and feasibility studies throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. This role would suit someone who values being part of a smaller business where they can have a genuine voice and influence, whilst working closely with clients, colleagues and senior leadership.
What we're looking for:
- Planning consultancy experience
- MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership
- Strong report writing and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence dealing directly with clients
- Knowledge of Norfolk, Suffolk and the wider East Anglian planning landscape would be advantageous
