Iām working exclusively with Styne Group on a newly created Steelwork Estimator role, created to support continued growth and a strong pipeline of UK projects. This role will suit an experienced estimator who enjoys being hands-on, wants visibility within the business, and is looking for a position where their input genuinely matters ā rather than being one of many.
The Role
You will be responsible for producing accurate, competitive estimates across a range of structural and architectural steelwork projects, including staircases, balustrades, portal frames and full structural frameworks. Working closely with senior colleagues and engineering teams, you will have the autonomy to influence tender strategy, identify risk and opportunity, and contribute to value-engineered solutions. The role is based from the Diss office, with flexibility around working patterns once established, and occasional site or client visits.
