Business Development Manager
Michelle Denny Recruitment is partnering with Preservation Equipment Ltd, a respected manufacturer supplying museums, libraries and heritage organisations across the UK and internationally.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who understands the rhythm of manufacturing and knows how to turn commercial opportunities into long-term growth.

What you’ll be doing
- Developing revenue through new and existing customers
- Building and managing a sales pipeline
- Representing the business at sector events and exhibitions
- Supporting the creation and delivery of growth plans
- Working closely with sales, marketing and operations teams
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Background in business development or key account management
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking

- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel when required
