Merit Plastic Mouldings is partnering with Michelle Denny Recruitment to recruit a Production Team Leader for their established site in Diss.

This is a hands-on team leader role within a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment. You’ll lead from the floor, keep production moving, support your team, and play a visible part in day-to-day operational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support production staff across shifts
  • Ensure output, quality and safety standards are met
  • Respond quickly to production issues and bottlenecks
  • Drive team performance and accountability
  • Maintain strong housekeeping and H&S standards
  • Liaise with Quality, Logistics and other departments
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous plastics manufacturing experience is essential
  • Injection moulding or similar highly relevant
  • Previous Team Leader / Supervisor experience preferred
  • Strong communicator with practical leadership style
