Michelle Blair Management is seeking a highly organised Agent’s Assistant to join our busy Central London office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within talent management working with a fast-paced and collaborative team of agents and assistants across screen, stage and theatre.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling castings, meetings, and submissions
- Coordinating communication between casting directors, production companies, and clients
- Tracking auditions, availabilities, bookings, and contracts
- Preparing and submitting client materials (headshots, CVs, showreels, and supporting documents)
- Maintaining accurate client records and internal databases (including Tagmin)
- Reviewing breakdowns via Spotlight and assisting with submissions
- Handling high-volume phone and email correspondence
- Supporting agents with deal memos and general administration
- Attending events when required to support clients and the agency
PA Support
- Managing diary and scheduling professional and selected personal appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper
- Preparing briefing documents and materials for meetings
- Assisting with expenses and general personal administration as required
Marketing & Digital Support
- Assisting with updates to the company website
- Managing and updating the company’s social media platforms
- Supporting the promotion of client bookings and agency news
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a talent agency or fast-paced office environment preferred
- Strong understanding and passion for the entertainment industry
- Knowledge of Tagmin, Spotlight, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic website content management
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
