We’re looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our logistics team and help us work smarter, faster, and more sustainably. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving operational performance by applying LEAN and DMAIC methodologies, strengthening Industrial Engineering fundamentals, and supporting teams through change.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with logistics teams to continuously improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Use LEAN and DMAIC tools to spot improvement opportunities and lead practical solutions.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Empower operational teams by building their capability to manage continuous improvement independently.
  • Define, implement, and maintain standards, performance tracking, and control processes.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with the wider improvement network to drive future initiatives.

  • Measurable performance improvements delivered through effective use of DMAIC post-study methodologies.
  • Sustainable application of Industrial Engineering basics, including unit times and performance monitoring.
