We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to help manage and optimize our ERP environment as we continue to scale. You'll play a key role in maintaining system integrity, improving workflows, configuring the system, and supporting teams across Finance, Revenue and Operations. In addition, the successful candidate will provide support for other critical back-office tools such as Celigo to ensure smooth operations across business functions. This position emphasises the importance of ensuring high system reliability, contributing to an excellent Net Promoter Score (NPS), enhancing user satisfaction through optimised tools and workflows. This role requires a proactive approach to system management, a collaborative mindset for working across teams and regions, and a strong focus on improving processes to meet business objectives. This role is ideal for someone with NetSuite experience who's ready to take on more ownership, contribute to process improvements, and grow their technical and business systems expertise within a fast-paced SaaS organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator, managing user roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
- Support all modules of NetSuite including Suite Billing, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Module (NSPB).
- Perform regular system maintenance, audits, and data clean-ups.
- Configure NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support business operations.
- Provide day-to-day user support, documentation, and training.
- Assist with integrations between NetSuite and other SaaS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Stripe, Celigo).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support new feature rollouts.
- Stay current with NetSuite releases and manage the testing of seasonal releases/updates.
- Coordinate with third parties including external support partners.
- Collaborate closely with other MCF regions and Michelin group companies to align systems, processes and strategic objectives; as well as sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving the team's Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring the tools are reliable and user-centric, and that you proactively support users to resolve their pain points.
- Manage small projects that may include trialling a new tool, data migration, system integration.
- Support other tools such as Celigo, Salesforce (training will be provided).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite core modules (Financials, Order Management, Procurement).
- Experience with workflows, saved searches, and custom fields.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
- Experience of using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
- Be proactive and self-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and basic SuiteScript.
- Exposure to integration tools (Celigo, Workato, Boomi, etc.).
- Experience working with Salesforce would be beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of business processes across finance, sales, inventory, and operations.
