We are looking for a Commercial Tyre Fitter to join our Connected Solutions Team. This role is ideal if you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and prefer practical work over desk‑based tasks. If you take pride in seeing the results of your effort at the end of the day, you’ll feel right at home here.
New to tyre fitting? No problem! You will be paired up with one of our experts and we will provide comprehensive training to equip you for success in this role.
What will you be doing?
- Fit, inspect, and maintain bus tyres at our customer’s depots in and around Glasgow.
- Lift, move and manoeuvre heavy tyres as part of day‑to‑day duties
- Process your job sheets in internal system
- Managing workload and prioritising tasks effectively
- 1 day a week, you will be required to complete fleet inspections. Inspections usually start around 2am, when the vehicles are back at depot. The other 4 days your usual start time will be around 5-7am.
